Standard UK Delivery
Parcels will be shipped using Royal Mail.

Free UK Delivery
We offer free shipping (UK shipping) on all orders over £75.

Delivery Times
Orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and sent first class.

Local Delivery
We provide a 'Local Delivery' option for addresses within a 3 mile radius of Waringstown within 3 working days of order.

Click & Collect
Click & Collect details will be sent with order confirmation when your order is ready for collection

Returns & Policies

Returns

We want you to love your purchase from us. However, if your purchase is not as you hoped, we are pleased to offer you a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchasing your order.

How to return your order 

• email lynne@effortlessboutique.co.uk prior to your return

• State Name, Order Number and Reason for Return

• You will receive an email confirming the return

• Post the items back to the following address or return in person during click & collect opening times

  • Upon receipt of the item(s), we will refund the order value, less the original shipping, to the original card used
  • Alternatively, we can offer you credit to be used in-store within 4 weeks. Please mention this when emailing for the returns number

Please note:

  • Items must be unworn and in a good and resalable condition
  • No returns without an email confirmation will be accepted
  • Effortless Boutique cannot accept liability for any goods lost or damaged in the post, therefore we recommend all returns are sent via Recorded Delivery with a tracking number. You are responsible for your own postage costs of return items
  • Returns out of the stated time frame will only be accepted at Effortless Boutique's discretion
  • Credit and Debit card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete. The processing time of refunds may vary from bank to bank and it is not the responsibility of Effortless Boutique 
  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned
  • Other accessories (scarves, sunglasses, jewellery, candles & purses) cannot be returned

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items can be refunded where the discount doesn’t exceed 30%. Therefore if the sale discount is greater than 30% the sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email: lynne@effortlessboutique.co.uk

Items can only be replaced if said item is still in stock. Where an exchange is not possible, an alternative will be offered or a full refund.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves in order to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. A traceable shipping service should be used. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
